Slow down, breathe, and unwind with us at Yoga Night. This evening class is designed to help you release the day, move gently, and reconnect with your body and mind through a calm, flowing yoga practice.
Whether youβre a complete beginner, more experienced, or somewhere in between, you are very welcome. Thereβs no pressure, no expectations, just come as you are and enjoy the practice with us.
What to expect: a gentle evening yoga flow mindful movement and breathwork deep stretches and relaxation a calm, supportive atmosphere
