Slow down, breathe, and unwind with us at Yoga Night. This evening class is designed to help you release the day, move gently, and reconnect with your body and mind through a calm, flowing yoga practice.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, more experienced, or somewhere in between, you are very welcome. There’s no pressure, no expectations, just come as you are and enjoy the practice with us.
